    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. For packages or programs, partial refunds may be considered based on unused services and at our discretion.
